Starting today, Bybit is moving all EU customers to a separate domain, bybit.eu, in line with the new MiCA requirements. We've added bybit.eu support to the journal the same day, so nobody gets cut off. We've also added support for bybit.id for users in Indonesia.
Your old bybit.com API keys won't work, on Bybit's side it's now a separate account. You'll need to create a new key on bybit.eu and add it to the journal as usual.
If you're sure you won't be coming back to global Bybit, you can freeze the old API key to free up a slot. Freezing is permanent.
The market is fragmenting: regulators split exchanges by region, new jurisdictions keep showing up. For the same reason, we've long supported every regional OKX domain: Global, US & Australia, Europe. OKX Turkey is coming in the next few days. New domains or new exchanges, we'll connect them.
