By default, your journal is accessible only to you, but you can make it public and share it with other users.

To do this, you can share a specific trade by opening it and clicking on the "share trade" button.

Or you can enable the public profile. This is a kind of business card where you can configure which data you show and which you don't.

If you can't log in to your account, you need to reset your password.

To do this, go to the "forgot password" link on the account login page.

Please note that passwords are encrypted and no one, including technical support, can provide you with your password.

If you just registered, check that the email you provided has no errors and click edit in case of a mistake.

If you requested a password reset, check your spam folder. If the email is not there, you may have unsubscribed from our mailing list, in which case you need to contact support and ask them to enable the mailing.

For security reasons, account deletion is only possible through a request to the email info@tradermake.money.

Your account deletion request will be processed within 24 hours.

All data will be permanently deleted. We do not keep copies of the data.
