Refund policy

We, at TraderMake.Money, value the satisfaction of our customers. In line with this, we offer following refund policy to all customers:

  • Refunds may be requested at any time by the user.
  • In the event that a user has utilized any part of the current monthly subscription, the cost of that month will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All necessary fees, including transaction fees and legal fees, will also be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • To be eligible for a refund, there must be at least one unused month of subscription.
  • To initiate the refund process, the user must send a request to the email address refund@tradermake.money.
  • In the event of a dispute, TraderMake.Money and the user will make every effort to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the courts.
  • Refunds will only be processed using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
