Information Collection

We collect information from our users when they register an account, add their API keys from crypto exchanges, upload photos, and input text. The information we collect includes your email address, trading history downloaded via your API keys, notes and diary entries, and any other information that you provide. If you use voice input, we also process your voice recordings to transcribe them. Payment details (such as card numbers) are collected and processed by our payment providers, not stored by us.

API Key Usage

API keys provided by users must have "read-only" access. Users are solely responsible for any circumstances that may result from adding API keys with trading access or any other access. We use API keys solely for the purpose of downloading the user's trading history and providing them with personalized analytics. API keys provided by users shall not be shared with any third party, and no one shall have access to them.

Information Use

We use the information we collect to provide the service: downloading and analyzing your trading history, generating personalized analytics, sending notifications you enable, and providing customer support. By default, all user information is kept private and confidential.

AI Features

When you use AI features (such as the AI trading coach or AI-assisted dashboard creation), your requests and the portions of your trading data needed to answer them are processed by third-party AI service providers on our behalf, solely to provide the feature. If you use voice input, your recording is transcribed by a third-party speech recognition provider. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising. If you do not use AI features, your data is not sent to AI providers by us.

Third-Party AI Assistant Connections

You may choose to connect a third-party AI assistant (for example, Claude or ChatGPT via the Model Context Protocol) to your account. If you authorize such a connection, the trading data the assistant reads is transmitted to that provider and handled under its own privacy policy. You can revoke a connection at any time in your account settings.

Notifications and Email

If you connect Telegram or Discord to receive notifications, the content of those notifications is delivered through the respective platform and handled under its own privacy policy. We send transactional and, where permitted, marketing emails through our email delivery provider; you can manage marketing email preferences or unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or your email preferences page.

Information Sharing with Mentors

Users have the option to join a mentorship program where they can be mentored by other users. By joining the mentorship program, users understand that their mentors will have access to their trading history. This information will be used to provide personalized mentorship and advice.

Information Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell, trade or rent any user's personal information to any third party, unless the user chooses to make their information public. In such cases, the user is responsible for any consequences that may result from their decision to share their information. We may also share information with third parties for the purpose of providing our services and for compliance with legal requirements.

Service providers we use to operate the website include: payment processors (such as Stripe and our cryptocurrency payment infrastructure), Google Analytics (website usage analytics), tawk.to (live chat support), Cloudflare (bot protection on forms), our email delivery provider, our hosting providers, and — only when you use AI features — third-party AI service providers. Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.

Data Security

We take appropriate measures to protect the security of our user's information. This includes using secure servers and encryption to protect sensitive information, and ensuring that API keys are stored securely and not shared with anyone.

User Control

Users have the right to access, update and delete their personal information at any time. They can also choose to make some or all of their information public. They can make these choices by accessing their account on our website. Additionally, users may request the deletion of their account through our contact form. We will delete all of the user's information without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the request; please note that some cloud providers may retain backups of the user's information for up to 90 days.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or request deletion, your information is deleted as described above. We may retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records).

We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provide the following rights to our users who are EU citizens:
